Truck not available
- - Reservation at Woburn Enterprise unavailable again.
- - Promised a district manager call with a resolution but no callback and I will switch to U-Haul.
This is the second time in four months I've been told that the vehicle I reserved wasn't available. My reservations were made at the Woburn, Massachusetts Enterprise location.
I called checking to see if a vehicle was available at another location and was told that I would receive a call from the district manager with a resolution. Four hours later, no call back. I called back a second time. I was apologized to again.
It's now 5pm and again no call back. Customer service is all talk and no action.
I've rented trucks from UHAUL and not once have I had a problem. I'll be taking my business back to UHAUL.

They told me day before they dont have a truck
24 hours before a move they called to tell me they didnt have the cargo van i reserved about 3 weeks earlier. What a joke. i have an entire room full of stuff to move and no truck.

Whoever designed their website should be fired. All I wanted to do was get a quick quote of how much to rent a truck for a day I checked Penske and U-Haul no trouble at all. You don't need the business that's fine there are other truck companies.

- - They claimed preexisting truck damage that was already noted on the damage sheet.
- - Weeks later, a dubious claims email with no ID demanded payment.
When I rented a truck from them, they claimed damage that was already on the vehicle and I was told by an associate was marked on the preexisting damage sheet. A couple weeks later I get a sketchy email from their claims department with no identifying information demanding payment.
Their claims department gave me the runaround and refused to investigate this properly. My choice was to pay or have it sent to collections.

I’m stuck at a closed Enterprise rental in a *** part of town at night with a broken rental truck and no customer service has answered my calls
- - Driveshaft failed; differential shredded, stranding me with a 4,000 lb load; towed to 3414 North Shadeland Ave, Indy; dispatch promised a vehicle.
Driveshaft broke and shredded differential leaving me stranded with a $4000 dollar load on the back of the rental truck on the side of the interstate got towed to your closed location 3414 North Shadeland Ave in Indianapolis Indiana. Was told by dispatch I would receive a vehicle here to complete my trip back to Nashville with a comparable vehicle that can carry the 4,000 pound storm shelter.

Driver killed our dog

I was almost hit by a speeding driver on Imperial Drive, Estero FL.
Date was January 26 at 1 PM.
Licence plate was AS0 9SZ Florida,
Upon contacting Enterprise Truck Rental they told me it is not their problem and call 911.
I would never use or recommend this company.

Eiliesha was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and nice.
She was thorough in her inspection of the vehicle. She is an asset to her company, and very upfront in all aspects.

I was almost hit by one of your trucks, attempted to give the license number to a local dealer and basically he told me to go pound sand.
Nicole was amazing! The driver was polite, professional, and in general… just badass.
Nicole, the roadside assistance assistant, was super amazing. She was prompt, Professional and Personable.
The driver arrived and was very professional, polite and super fast whilst taking every safety precaution.
