Enterprise Truck Rental

When I rented a truck from them, they claimed damage that was already on the vehicle and I was told by an associate was marked on the preexisting damage sheet. A couple weeks later I get a sketchy email from their claims department with no identifying information demanding payment.

Their claims department gave me the runaround and refused to investigate this properly. My choice was to pay or have it sent to collections.

2 days before moving day, they called to tell me the truck I had reserved 2 weeks prior was not going to be available.

Driveshaft broke and shredded differential leaving me stranded with a $4000 dollar load on the back of the rental truck on the side of the interstate got towed to your closed location 3414 North Shadeland Ave in Indianapolis Indiana. Was told by dispatch I would receive a vehicle here to complete my trip back to Nashville with a comparable vehicle that can carry the 4,000 pound storm shelter.

Driver swerved over and killed our dog. Slowed down then sped off.

Almost hit a mail truck then ran through a stop sign and the truck almost turned over. The truck had stopped at 6th Street and Elm Street around 2:30 to drop off some thing. Then came down the street and killed our dog.

All the neighbors came running out. A lot of witnesses to this

they wanted money to speak to someone. When I refused to pay they disconnected from me.

I told them the man is going to kill someone the way he is driving and the blood will be on their hands. He almost hit a mail truck then about turned the truck over by blowing through a stop sign.

I was ran off the road by one of your trucks this morning. Cant get a hold of anyone with this company.

The DOT has been contacted about DOT# 300****, license plate 44J1JA.

At 6:43 am today. This driver ran 2 people off the road getting onto I30.

i live in md i have been offered $150 for a flight back to md. my question is why havent i been put back on the road to continue my business. i need help now

I was almost hit by a speeding driver on Imperial Drive, Estero FL.

Date was January 26 at 1 PM.

Licence plate was AS0 9SZ Florida,

Upon contacting Enterprise Truck Rental they told me it is not their problem and call 911.

I would never use or recommend this company.

She was thorough in her inspection of the vehicle. She is an asset to her company, and very upfront in all aspects.

I was almost hit by one of your trucks, attempted to give the license number to a local dealer and basically he told me to go pound sand.

Nicole, the roadside assistance assistant, was super amazing. She was prompt, Professional and Personable.

The driver arrived and was very professional, polite and super fast whilst taking every safety precaution.

I was driving eastbound on Blair High Rd on Sat 4 Mar 2023 at 10:52am approaching Sorensen Pkwy when a white Fluid Truck with Oregon license plates 077 NYT abruptly entered into my lane to prepare to turn left onto Sorensen. My evasive action thwarted the accident that would have occurred.

Charges sent yesterday that Im being told to pay today. Over 200 in fees for toll cameras.

Charges from Oklahoma tolls. Toll pay booths were blocked off. No way to pay toll when crossing toll. Camera fees ?

If you are going to block a toll from taking money, you cannot charge me for crossing without payment. I agree to pay the actual toll but no more.
